Terms of Service

By using Energy Gym's facilities or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up for a membership.

1. Membership

Energy Gym memberships are personal and non-transferable. Members must present their membership card or ID on each visit. Memberships begin on the activation date and are valid until the stated expiry date.

2. Payment

Membership fees are payable in advance. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payment. Fees are listed in Albanian Lek (ALL). No refunds are issued for unused membership time unless required by applicable law.

3. Cancellation & Freeze

Members may request a membership freeze (pause) for medical reasons with appropriate documentation. Cancellation requests must be made at reception with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

4. Conduct & Gym Rules

All members must:

Treat staff and other members with respect
Wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear at all times
Re-rack weights and return equipment after use
Wipe down equipment after use
Not use mobile phones in locker rooms
Not bring food into the training area

Energy Gym reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund for serious or repeated violations of gym rules.

5. Health & Safety

Members are responsible for disclosing any health conditions that may be relevant to their training. We strongly recommend consulting a doctor before starting a new exercise programme. Energy Gym is not liable for injury resulting from failure to disclose health conditions or improper use of equipment.

6. Liability

Energy Gym takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of the facility and equipment. However, members train at their own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, loss or theft of personal belongings unless caused by our proven negligence.

7. Group Classes

Class bookings can be made through the member portal. If you cannot attend a booked class, please cancel at least 2 hours in advance so a waitlisted member can take your spot. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions. Class schedules are subject to change - always check the current timetable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Energy Gym website - text, graphics, logos, and images - is the property of Energy Gym and protected by applicable copyright law. It may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Changes to These Terms

Energy Gym reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our facilities following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Albanian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Durrës, Albania.
